Hey,

Received the Rebel alliance starter over the weekend and naively started mounting miniatures without reading the rules first (coming from MCP, where WYSIWYG is not a thing)

The assembly instructions for Wookies are pretty permissive and it didn't cross my mind that weapons were there for a purpose, not just customization. I since learned that weapon names appear at the back of the SWQ18 set, which is not the case for the starter

Ended up with the chieftain, 2 wookies with X1 Carabines, and 3 with Ryyk blades, but none of the heavy weapons. With only 1 chieftain in the set, I now understand I can run either a unit of Freedom Fighters or a unit of Kashyyyk Resistance. I assume that the purpose of having 6 miniatures is to have 1 of each heavy weapons available for choosing, so having 3 miniatures with Ryyk blades doesn't make sense, as I can only use 2 of those

I decided to turn the third Ryyk blade wielder into a Battle Shield bearer instead. This is slightly messy because I also tried to remove the part where the second hand is attached and I don't have proper tools, but I'm pretty happy with it!

Still don't have a bowcaster nor a long gun, but at least I can use 1 upgrade and am not stuck with the base 3-miniatures unit anymore

Also, question, do I need to be totally WYSIWYG and glue the X1 Carabine somewhere if I want to be able to add him to a Kashyyyk Resistance unit, or does this [ruling](https://forums.atomicmassgames.com/topic/9842-assembling-wookiee-warriors/) only applies to the normal miniatures in the unit?
