Anyone else feel like these service apps just dump all the work on the customer?

I try to use these apps to save time, but I always end up with a list of 5+ contractors I have to vet, message, and compare. It’s exhausting. Does anyone actually manage to use these successfully, or is it just me who ends up closing the app and doing nothing?
