Problems with audio on MacBook when using headphones

Hello,

When I try to play any music through my headphones on my MacOs ventura 13.7.8 the audio echoes. The vocals are also super overpowered by the instrumentals as well. I use JBLs which are connected with a cable but can also work Bluetooth. I’ve been looking all over the internet and haven’t found a solution. I have tried going on apple music playback and made sure sound enhancer wasn’t enabled, made sure my audio was balanced in settings, tried to reset core audio but when I tried searching for it in Activity Monitor it showed blank. Any help is appreciated.
