If Hakuri went into a contract with the enchanted blades, could he keep his sorcery? (Chapter 47)

Manga

Kagurabachi is going on hiatus for the entire month of July, so it's a perfect time to go back and reread the entire series. This specific panel is from chapter 47, but I am caught up with the manga at this time (chapter 125) as well

Anyways onto this panel:

It was established that Hakuri can command two different forms of sorcery - Isou and commanding the Storehouse. Is this foreshadowing Hakuri getting the potential to wield an enchanted blade while retaining usage of his sorcery? If Hakuri went into an eternal contract, would it replace both Isou and Storehouse, or would he get the chance to keep one and sacrifice the other to wield an enchanted blade? Potential for this to happen, since iirc Part 1 ended with Chihiro starting up the forge to create new enchanted blades after losing to Akemura

I get that in the panel after this, Chihiro went on to say that the people with eternal contracts to the eternal blades will be defenseless without their sorcery or their enchanted blades, and that the point of that comment was to show that Uruha was still in fact very dangerous even with neither of the two. I think that it also hints at Hakuri being an exception to this, and that if he got ahold of a blade that he has the potential to keep one of his techniques
