How to do this?

This will be my 2nd divorce. The first time I went through AppalRed Legal Aide, so they did everything and I never had to file anything myself. This time I'll be filing it myself. We share no property, no assets, no kids, I don't know his SS#, he has me blocked on everything and we haven't spoken in almost a year but I want this divorce. How do I file? What do I file? How much will it cost? I'm in KY.
