How to treat hypersexuality?

I'm hypersexual and asexual and hypersexuality has ruined my life and I've gotten better at controlling it only problem is when I control it it stays inside my head and stresses me out and I just don't know what to do about it I've had therapy and 2 different therapists just called me weird
