Need help with my Witch build, low budget

Basically played Zoo build but got bored, had 30 divs so I leveled a new char Witch and picked Bloodmage but now that i hit t15 maps with it with 1 revive im dying alot and all youtube builds for bloodmage are 500+divs..i only have 20 divs to my name and a dream.

Should I reroll to lich or infernalist until i got more divs to spend?

I dont want to lvl an entirely new class

I can post my ninja, my gear is not that good i tried to mana stack for archemage, tried without it too but the dmg was really low. If i get a rare monsters with hasted and the blue aura around it im pretty much dead. Having a lot of troubles on the new league mechanic too

can somebody put me in the right direction please?
