Seniors and families

Over the last few years, I have met families who are taking care of parents with wide spectrum of health issues. One thing came out common- all families are trying to do best for their loved ones. At the same time, they are balancing their own work life balance. My observation is that senior and family caregivers all require emotional support while performing caregiver duties. At time, it is challenging for families because of competing priorities and financial constraints. I am always looking to learn from community.
