My BYD die???

So I have a BYD Dolphin Mini, and I used it almost everyday, but today was a charging day because it had 10%, (when I got my car they told me I had to charge it sometimes when it hit 10% or less once in a while, this was the case, normally I charge it when it’s 20% or a little more) and I turn on and it was just fine. And then, the car dashboard just turn off randomly, the other screen was on.

So I tried to turn it off to restart it, but it didn’t let me, the moment I hit the brake the lights on the dashboard and the light went wild and in seconds turn off, I can’t accelerate.

At this point Idk what to do, because I’m in a parking lot, I went upstairs to get signal and I tried to close my car and it doesn’t close and the light are dimmer.

I call the BYD call center and I tried their advice and it didn’t work, a few minutes later the other screen turn off as well.
What can I do in this case? Right now I’m talking with my car insurance so they can tow my car and send it to the agency.
