Thoughts on 4-piece cruel electrum?

Is it worth it? Does it work well in 3s? 6s? High skill lobbies?

I currently use 2-piece ferropotent and crystocrene europa. I’m assuming crystocrene will be nerfed in which case I will return to iron panoply.
