Resort price bargaining?

Hi all, I’m looking at maybe staying at one of the Caye’s off the Dangriga coast , and was wondering if anyone has had any luck negotiating hotel/resort prices down. They seem exorbitant for only mid-grade accommodations. I do realize the location is the selling point but I am still scratching my head over the value. Thanks in advance! All the info I’ve gotten from this page has been very helpful.
