Reanimating wounds on character or unit first?

I ran into this in a game recently and did not know how it works so please help!

I have a Technomancer attached to a squad of wraiths. My opp charged me and his character had precision and took the techno down to 3 wounds, then his bodyguard unit attacked me and took a wraith and a half.

When I reanimate can I prioritize my character? Or do I always have to choose the bodyguard unit to reanimate first? And once they are full health, do I then reanimate the techno? Thanks!
