Propane bbq help needed

Hi guys, my family wants to buy a propane bbq in Greece.

The problem is, we don't understand the fittings required for a propane bottle.

We are thinking about something like this:

Can anybody give me an idea of what I need for the large propane bottle fittings?

We are not going to use the little green or blue propane bottles.
