Looking for GUI file viewer with synchronized multi-pane offset scrolling

Hello! I'm interested in viewing rendered files like (all or any of) Markdown, HTML, Org-Mode, PDF.

TL;DR – See the diagram.

I I'd like to be able to view the same file in multiple panes so that each pane shows the content following right after what's shown in the previous pane and scrolling is syncronized between them.

For examle, if pane 1 shows lines 1-50 and pane 2 shows 51-100, after scrolling down 10 lines pane 1 must show lines 10-60 and pane 2 61-110.

I know there are Vim and Neovim plugins which allow that but I'd like to have rendered preview in GUI with images.

Does anyone know any software or extensions/pluins for exising software that allow that?

And could you suggest any other good places where I can ask for software recomendations?

Thanks.
