Lost 90 lbs, but my arms barely changed
After losing 90 lbs, I’m feeling very discouraged about my arms. They’re still incredibly big, and I think I also have some loose skin. I went from 260 lbs to 170 lbs, and I really expected to see a noticeable difference by now, but honestly, they don’t look much different to me.
I’m currently working toward my goal weight of 125 lbs. Do you think my arms will get noticeably thinner by then, or should I start saving up for a brachioplasty?
I don’t know what else to do besides continue losing weight, but this has been really bothering me. My arms have always been my biggest insecurity, and it’s discouraging to have worked so hard to lose 90 lbs and still feel like they haven’t changed much. I’m trying to stay hopeful that reaching my goal weight will make a difference, but I’m starting to wonder if surgery is the only way I’ll be happy with them.
