2k14 blacktop glitch (?)

so a few days ago i bought 2k14 for ps4 off amazon and it was going pretty good. i’m js wondering if on blacktop mode, are some of the stars (exp. lebron, kd, harden, kobe, michael jordan, kyrie, carmelo anthony, westbrook, steph, allen iverson, chris paul, paul pierce, etc) are supposed to be missing and if there obtainable later on or if it’s just glitched. if so how do i fix this because i was really looking forward to play blacktop with said players
