FORECLOSED UNIT

Hello po. I would like to ask lang po if I can still apply for a salary loan kay PAGIBIG despite having a foreclosed unit (unit was awarded to the new owner already).

If no, when will I be allowed to have a loan? What should I do? Thanks po.
