FFI Spell Assistance

I purchased two spells for my black mage and now I see the third is not open, it’s greyed out.

So I couldn’t get teleport because (unlike every other level), somehow I now can’t choose three spells. And (unlike every other level), I cannot unlearn it.

Did the game just f*ck me over?
