What somthing you don’t hear a lot of people saying they don’t understand about greys anatomy?

Ok and I don’t mean the regular stuff we hear every time.
Like for instance, for me,and maybe I’m a little slow. However my big sister used to watch Grey’s Anatomy today & night and one of my first times ever paying attention to an episode was the one that Derek dies, and I never understood why Derek didn’t just get all the crash victims and went to the local hospital because nothing ever happened to his car.. if not that then why didn’t he at least drive a few miles closer so he can get cell phone services and and call the police?.

And obviously, with this just use some imagination I know All things come down to the actot not wanting to be there and they have to find a way from them leave.anyway with this is just something that I noticed and pointed out.
