Someone in neighborhood lighting off fireworks every night for 2 months

This has been going on for 2 months now. I’m going insane. It’s every night from 8pm to 1am. I can’t sleep. My dog goes crazy and barks very loudly. I don’t know who is doing this but they must be somewhat near me because the fireworks are loud. I have just started calling the non emergency number but so far it hasn’t stopped. I don’t know what to do. I feel hopeless. I posted this on another subreddit and someone said “accept you live on a planet by other people” I’m sorry it’s every night for at least 3 hours straight. Every single day. People have babies, work in the morning, dogs that go crazy (me), ptsd, etc. I don’t know what to do. I’m scared this will continue in the school year, I am a college student.
