Is this a good offer for a fresh grad?

Hi. I'm a fresh grad. I just got a job offer, and I'm looking for an advice if whether I should proceed with this one or look for another one

They offered me 20k base + 3k for allowances. I tried to negotiate for a higher base, but was sadly denied. This is a night shift, so depending on my schedule, I might be able to enjoy some of it (I'm predicting around 1k increase in base). For the industry, let's just say it's on the HR field and I'll be focusing on one facet.

They are 2-hour away from me (but not too hassle since as night shift, I'll be on the opposite direction of the traffic) and rent around the area typically costs about 4-6k since it's in NCR. I plan on renting, not only for the time but also since I really want to be quite independent from my family na.

I'll also be technically locked in the company due to the bond of half a year, but it's not really a big deal for me since I plan on staying for at least a year anyway (for the training, experience, and record).

What do you guys think?
