Gardeners, how do you find the will with this heat?

Every April, I’m pumped to do all the plant things. By this time, I am so done and my yard is blasted with invasive everythinf, and fuck it, because it’s 100 degrees. I’ve spent 4 years trying to convert my yard and fail over and over.

Will take any recommendations but mostly looking for solidarity from locals. 😫
