Anyone here changed helper before?

Lately my helper has been getting lazy and what’s worse is being very rude and shouting at my elderly mum. She also “bullies” my mum in some sense but it’s too long to type out here.

Wondering if anyone ever change helper and what’s the process like? She is our first helper and we probably weren’t very good at screening either. Perhaps some advice on how to choose helper would help as well.
