Looking for DT 2BD 2 Bathroom Under 5k

Hi,

Looking for a downtown apartment and feel overwhelmed by the amount of choices/bad reviews I've read that have deterred me.

5k budget for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom - Me and gf are WFH so ideally 1200+ Sq Ft.

Was about to sign with Solaris Uptown but realized I just didn't want to live in Domain area.

Have toured

415 Colorado - Love (Just a bit above price point)

Ashton Austin - Too old for the price being paid (Pool concierge lol)

hanover Republic Square - Snobby Leasing agent/Concierge threw me off
(500$ deposit every single time for watching a movie?)

Interested in

700 River (I have heard some terrible reviews regarding the construction noise.)

Waller - Read bad reviews regarding the AC breaking/elevators not working.

I realize people with bad reviews could potentially be the loud minority in this situation so I wanted to see if anyone is living in these areas and could provide some insight.

TLDR:
Looking for luxury high rise within 5k (can including 1st year concessions) in DT/Zilker/Barton areas.
