Any tips on skin lightening and eye color change?

Hi guys! So im already african american, and i have a nice skintone already but I would like my skintone to be a lighter olive, and for my brown eyes to change to a green-hazel color. Basically a lightskin baddie in Pinterest terms, but im just curious about how to do it as I've never manifested lighter skin before or hazel green eyes. How do i do it?
