I feel stuck

Career Progression

Some background, I’m 24M from Canada. I graduated high school and was forced to go straight to work. I started working in call centres because it was all I could do. At age 20 I started working at a call center for a big bank, then went on to becoming a customer service supervisor for the wealth management division, I was very proud of myself, but I wanted to get out of the call centres. About 10 months ago I applied to this job to support investment advisors with their compliance / admin needs. I prayed to every god that I would get it, and against all odds I did. Now I just feel this is the ceiling. I feel like it’s impossible to move much farther. I make 70,000$ CAD / year. About a year ago that number was absurd. Now i’m starting to realize that everyone around me who has a degree can easily surpass me. I feel like I’m stuck in this salary range for the next 5+ years, or until I get a degree. Any advice on how to reach a 100k salary?
