Creaking Clutch?

Hi all. I just picked up a manual 2016 GMC Canyon with just 21,000 mi on it. I have noticed that after driving it maybe ten hours it’s acquired (maybe it’s been there I just didn’t realize) a deep creaking sound when letting the clutch out. It is totally independent from the pedal because if I park the car and move the clutch pedal there’s no sound. It comes from under the truck and is when I let it out and it grabs. Yea idk it sounds like a deep metal sound. It no happens every time I change gears and is more pronounced if I have a bad shift and the car lurches a smidgeon. It isn’t crazy annoying or like seemingly concerning but it does really creak like a rocking chair. I’m curious if that’s just age or something. Not sure what do you guys think? Worth taking to a mechanic?
