Torrance, CA September 1st - Roommate Wanted/Room for Rent $1125 + utilities

Hello hello! I made a post like this not too long ago, and found someone, but that person is moving away for grad school at the end of the summer, so I’m looking for a long term roommate again!

I have a room available for rent in Torrance starting September 1st 2026. $1125/mo plus ~$130 utilities. Please message me directly. I also have a flyer with all the info as well.

Flexible lease! Month to month, but preferably would love someone long term. 3, 6, 9, and 12+ month agreement options.

Mid 20s queer friendly creative & down to earth. Appreciate a peaceful home and also creating community.

Willing to answer any/all questions!
