Georgia tech campus culture

What’s the campus culture like at Georgia Tech for EE students?

I got accepted to Georgia Tech for Electrical Engineering, and I’m trying to understand what student life is like outside of academics. I’ve always wanted to attend a comprehensive university where I can meet and network with people from many different majors, so I’m worried that a tech-focused school might feel a bit limited or repetitive socially.

For context, I’m also considering UT Austin because it seems to have a broader university environment. I’d love to hear what Georgia Tech feels like day to day.
