Custom interlocking initials (S & A) hand-designed for a client's fine-line tattoo.

I wanted to share this custom initial monogram I recently designed. My process involves taking meaningful initials, names, or letters and hand-crafting them into a single, cohesive fine-line symbols.

For this piece, the client wanted a classic, elegant interplay between the letters S and A. I love seeing how cleanly their tattoo artist brought the monogram to life on the side of the hand.

To the world, it's a beautiful piece of minimal typography, but to the client, it holds a deeply personal meaning.
