Reminder - Lulu does price adjustments

Friends, I used my Lulu credit a few weeks ago.
While browsing in store weeks later I see several items I bought are now on sale—- about 20$ cheaper for each item.

Asked associate about a price adjustment and he had no clue what I was talking about. Said I would have to go home get the items and bring them back for a true exchange (and would only work if I hadn’t taken tags off AND if the on sale item was still there). He said technically this window is only 7 days but he would make an exception for my purchase which was 10 days ago.

Came home and looked at the Lulu policy. They price adjust full priced items within 30 days. Said to initiate via the chat on their app.

Five minutes later my price adjustment is complete.

I spent more than my credit so I was happy to get the amount back to my Amex. If you didn’t spend more than your credit make sure to request the difference back in a gift card. If your price adjustment takes your total to less than 75$ you may lose out on that refunded credit from Amex.
