Switching clinics (easykind > whoever)

What do I have to do to switch clinics, just had another consult with easykind with ANOTHER gp, not many flowers in stock, not very helpful and always make mistakes.

Who's the best clinic to sign up to?

Do I need a discharge letter? Google ai says I do not.

Worried to ask because I've seen people being left in limbo before, just want an easy stress free switch.
