Stagnant COMSAEs and not feeling ready for Level 1

I have Level 1 scheduled for July 8, but I honestly don't feel ready for it at all. I've seen so many people suggest getting at least a 450 on a COMSAE before attempting the real deal, but I have never gotten anything above 450 unfortunately. All my scores have been in the low 400s and the one NBME I did was really low. I'm really worried because I'm seeing so many people on this sub and IRL who easily get 500s on COMSAEs and they're all telling me COMLEX is way more difficult. My friend who took COMLEX told me it was as difficult as the NBMEs; I hope that isn't true since I did terrible on the only NMBE I did. Here are all my practice exam scores:

COMSAE 107 (6/2) - 413

COMSAE 111 (6/9) - 403

School COMSAE 116 Retake (6/15) - 426 (this score was inflated since it was a retake and I had 1.5x time)

NBME 30 (6/18) - 55%

COMSAE 110 (6/28) - 423

UWORLD 50% corrrect, 93% complete

I'm honestly at a loss and I don't know what else to do besides focusing on anatomy/MSK and OMM which were my lowest disciplines on my most recent COMSAE and what most people say you should focus on right before COMLEX. I've done all of Sketchy Micro/Pharm and the pepper decks and I've also done all of Pathoma and the Duke's Pathoma anki decks but my scores have barely budged.

My school advisors are encouraging me to take it on July 8, but I really don't want to fail it and I'm thinking about talking with my schools faculty to delay my rotations so I can prepare more for COMLEX.
