What’s the actual value of Big 4 in your resume as a lawyer?

Hi, I am a lawyer currently interning at one of the Big 4 in their legal & compliance department.

Have been here for few months and I feel I am not growing anywhere in this role nor does it matches with my long term goals.

I just wanted to know what’s the actual value of Big 4 on my resume so I can decide whether to be here for a long term or not?

Do corporates/law firms consider Big 4 experience as relevant?
