Accept job offer or Pursue Masters

Hello everyone, I'm actually having a hard time deciding what to do. Just a quick background, I finished college with a Mathematics Education degree. I had 2 years of teaching experience. Landed a job before graduation. After my 2 years contract, I didn't renew and planned to pursue masters and is aiming for a DOST scholarship.

Just recently someone reached out to me offering me a job. Not a teaching job but as education consultant in a publishing company. The base pay is good (around 30) plus other benefits and allowances and incentives.

I'm currently processing my papers for Masters and eyeing for DOST with monthly allowance of 30k plus other benefits as well but the catch is you can't have a full-time job.

Now, I don't know what to do? If you can give me a piece of advice. It would really help me a lot. Thank you.
