24M4F Seoul - Waterbomb and something casual?

Hey, visiting Seoul around the waterbomb period (End July) and hoping to meet anyone down to go for the event and show me around the city. Maybe we can have some casual fun along the way as well if we vibe. I'm 1.71m, on the slim and leaner side, and packing above average.
