Liver clots ???

Just got all 4 wisdom teeth removed at once (would not recommend) and liver clots keep growing in the top left area of my mouth. just went to the dentist when it first appeared cus I didn’t know and they said it shouldn’t occur again. every time I remove them 10 mins later a small one has risen. is there a specific area I should be targeting?? help pls and thanks
