repost!! i applied for a super cute place immediately off the montrose stop, current roomie fell through, looking for a roomie ready to apply IMMEDIATELY + committed to signing with me

if this falls through im looking for roomies that are committed to signing something together within the next week!! my move in date is flexible anytime between now to 8/1

side note there are also other similar units in the building, but they're significantly more expensive

the apartment:
location: directly off the montrose stop like literally a one minute walk to the L!

2nd floor in an elevator building, roof on 5th floor, dishwasher, laundry in building. floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms (no windows in the living room)

rooms are identical sizes (10" × 9") & closets. total is $4,650, so $2325 per person. rooms both have fire escape access!!

application: guarantors accepted (80x). there's a $1000 optional & refundable good faith deposit that is applied toward moving costs once we sign. if someone backs out, we lose the deposit, so i'm only looking for someone absolutely committed to applying right away + putting the deposit down (after viewing if wanted) + signing w/ me

about me: im lavina! 27f, work in fintech with a background in advocacy. lots of creative hobbies, esp fashion! also digital collaging, writing, and most recently pottery. moved to nyc 4 mo ago & am excited to make friends & explore the city. equally down for parks and museum days as i am for nights out dancing!

about you:
\* woman only, mid 20s to mid 30s
\* not fully remote
\* no pets or couples
\* queer friendly
\* clean, respectful, ideally down to be friends/ friendly
\* comfortable with hosting and guests, within reason ofc but if you don't like guests at all i'm probably not for you!

if this sounds like a fit & you're serious about applying/signing with me ASAP to secure this spot. please reach out!

note: these pics are of a unit 2 floors up, same layout. can send vids of the unit itself (it’s vacant!!)
