TWW 9dpo possible implantation signs?

I know I could just wait and see if my period does or doesn’t come, but I want to hear it from others!
8dpo yesterday, and I experienced strange sensation in my stomach throughout the day. The only way I could describe it was pulsating/pulling sensation on the left side that would come and go just maybe 3-4 times the whole day. Along with that something just felt slightly off in my stomach the whole day, like a tingling feeling.
Now this morning I woke up with a sore back, I only feel the pain more so with movement so it isn’t like a cramping back pain. It’s like I slept bad or strained it. And maybe I did. But I think I slept fine and I haven’t done any physical activity that could cause such strain. The pain is located in the lumbar curve and spreads out to my sides. So this morning with my sore back I took a pregnancy test and I can’t tell if I’m just trying to convince myself I see something or if what I can see is just an indent.
I am also now feeling a slight headache.
Have these symptoms happened to anyone in the same order at around this time and had a bfp? Would love to know if so otherwise I want to hear opinions!
I do plan to take another test tomorrow morning!
