Relocating

Howdy, I’m starting in August as an HR L4 in a place that’s not really where I wanna stay long term. How common/easy is it to relocate after a year, fwiw I want to relocate to Texas. Are there any clear negatives to relocating asap after a year and is it even possible to relocate before a full year?
