This game truly is a crime

you have to throw out logic just to stay sane playing this game. the suspension of disbelief required is immense. but we‘ve been playing it so much or so long now we don’t even realize it:

1. the ball behaves in impossible ways (ball physics), that ignore the laws of motion and kinetics

2. they would have us believe that players standing inches away from a football would not stick their leg out in the slightest to intercept a pass (nerfing manual defending)

3. they want us to believe professional footballers could butcher the simplest of passes, or that ai defending could intercept photons of light.

4. that nobody scores headers in football

5. you need a playstyle to breathe, a playstyle to walk, a playstyle to pass…just total fucking nonsense.

complete fiction. and they’ve only double downed since i started in January.
