Cold Turkey is ransomware. Furious at this evil app.

I installed it just to test it out, and discovered that it couldn't be uninstalled because I didn't pay for the $45 pro version.

Once you add a block, you find out that there's no way to set a schedule unless you pay for pro. The block is on permanently. If you try to uninstall the app, you get the message that the app is still running, so you can't uninstall it.

Force quitting the process in the Application Monitor doesn't work, a daemon just restarts them. Restarting your Mac doesn't work, it launches on startup. I had to jump through a ton of hoops in the Terminal killing processes, removing things as root, even removing a plist just to finally get rid of it.

It's basically malware. Pay the $45, or be trapped.
