I woke up this morning like any other Monday. Family still in bed (school is out). Got ready and headed out to work, responsibilities and all. Don't get me wrong, I love my work it's what gives me energy. What I do miss is that notification from someone special. You know the one: the screen lights up, you see the name, and you already know the message is going to make you smile. Instead, it was just the usual Monday morning logistics and work emails.

It’s a gentle reminder of where I’m at. My marriage isn't broken, but it has lost its spark. Over the last couple of years, it's felt like we're just roommates sharing responsibilities and navigating the daily grind, rather than a couple truly sharing a connection. I miss that little rush of excitement.
