Hi everyone! I'm getting married in a few months, and while I absolutely love our venue, I'm still struggling with how to make it feel a little more "us." It's beautiful, but it's also somewhat of a blank slate, and I'd love some ideas!

A little about me: I love fun details, signage, and extra décor. I know not everyone thinks those things are necessary, but they make me happy!

1. The front windows:
You'll notice we're getting married in an older building. I feel like the front windows are a little plain, and I'm not a huge fan of the tied-back curtain. I'd love to do something with the windows or entrance to make it feel more welcoming and special. Any ideas?

2. Our ceremony backdrop:
We'll be getting married in the brick courtyard against the brick wall shown in the second photo. This was probably my least favorite part of the venue. I don't necessarily mind the brick itself, but the random windows make it feel a little unfinished to me. I'd love ideas for adding something to the backdrop without completely covering the wall. I don't think a large arch is realistic, and I don't really want to hang drapery over it either. Maybe I'm overthinking it, but I feel like it could use a little something!

The third photo is a small mood board that shows my style. We're having a smaller, more intimate wedding, and I'm definitely a DIY bride, so I'm open to creative and budget-friendly ideas.

I'd love any kind suggestions or inspiration. Thank you so much! 🤍
