Sirius & Orion 4th ability needs a buff

They should buff Sirius & Orion 4th ability and passive imo let up keep the high flat base blast damage buff the damage and give us blast procs instead of the 4th ability only giving up 50% critical chance for each clash make it where whenever we build up constellation meter instead build of 7 stars we have to build up 14 stars 7 for Sirius and 7 for Orion make it with each clash Sirius gives 50% status chance per clash, status vulnerability while with Orion give 50% critical chance and 50% critical damage per clash.
