Required Rule Changes

Rule changes:
- offside is now decided by both feet of the offensive player fully past the last foot of the last defender
- Overtime now has 10 players, one player on both sides removed every 5 minutes
- everytime a player flops and is called for it he will get a yellow card and have to stay out of the game for 5 minutes for a powerplay
- a player who flops twice in a game is therefore red carded (double yellow)
- flopping now has a $20000 personal penalty and a $50000 penalty for the team
- flopping in the penalty box to try to win a penalty kick can be VAR reviewed for a red card

Goal scoring incentives and fun:

We can make soccer a better viewing experience:

- goal horns
- dry ice and sparklers shoot out of the net
- each team has a score sound > USA has a bald eagle screech
- on every score the home team has their cheerleaders run out and do their signature dance
- home team win gets a flyover
