Help

Hey guys. So today while I was at work I received a call from my wife that one of our neighbors who have long stated they dislike our dogs deliberately ran over our beloved dog Scooter. I rushed quickly to the vet from work and the vet unfortunately said that he needed to be put down. My wife is devastated and heartbroken. I was wondering if any of you guys know of any sites where I am able to make a clone of her baby. If any of you know how to make plushies I can also pay money for a look alike. I have photos of him and can send them to you. Please I know it's a long shot but she is so sad and it breaks my heart. Thank you for any help you can give.
