Can SSRI’s worsen OCD and increase intrusive/compulsive thoughts regarding sexuality, or lead one to watch more niche/taboo porn out of boredom?

It’s so bizarre. This only happens when taking Zoloft or Lexapro, but essentially my sex drive completely disappears alongside my desire for connection.

I also have severe ADHD, so perhaps the serotonin is dampening dopamine.

I have OCD adjacent symptoms, but they’re essentially under control when my ADHD medication (stimulant) is effectively working. Less intrusive thoughts, rumination, double checking, etc.

It’s weird because both Zoloft and Lexapro increase or worsen my rumination and completely kill my drive in the process. I’ll experience bizarre intrusive thoughts to watch taboo porn. It’s not sexual desire or horniness bringing this on, it’s an intrusive thought, urge, and them compulsion to alleviate anxiety. I then feel disgusted after.

Thoughts? This never happens when off SSRI’s and strictly on stimulants. When taking Adderall only - I feel genuine desire and sexual interest for women. I watch porn when I’m actually horny, not bored. That’s the distinction.
