Work upset with flare absences (usa)

Work is upset about flare absences

I work a bluecollar job for a large company. The work isnt extreme, but it isnt an office 'sit down' job.

Ladies here know how endo can be.

I had to leave work early the other day and take 2 additional days off, due to heavy bleeding, fatigue, and cramps. I take Vicodin and under the table herbs to feel better.

But my company has started getting angry with me. People gossiping, telling me to watch out that something is coming. That they wanna fire me. My company has been know to build a case and drop it on ya.

But I have spoke with the medical department, documented that I have endo, and have been approved for all my absences.

What else should I do? Should I be worried? I live in the USA....🫠
