AMD 7000 GPU INT8 FSR4 crash (can reproduce)

Ryzen 7 7800X3D / 32GB RAM / AMD 7900XT latest driver 26.6.4

1. Check AMD Adrenaline FSR is enabled.
2. Turn on AMD FSR upscaling (any preset) in game. Frame generation stays off.
3. Check AMD Afrenaline FSR upgrade is active.
4. Boot game, load save, proceed story mission, go to the specific area.
5. Upon reaching the same area, crashes to desktop, only AMD driver timeout error is shown.

Retry step 1-5 and reproduce the crash.

Tried everything: turn off all overclocks in BIOS, DDU, reinstall driver, clean shader cache, verify game files, reinstall game.

Turn off or change upscaling method to TAA or XeSS in game won't cause the crash.
